This year the Automotive and Transport Design students have had a challenging journey, one none of us was prepared for. What you see in this exhibition, is a culmination of a year researching, sketching, problem solving, thinking about the Climate Change, the Engineering, the Ergonomic, the Sustainability, the Meaning of it all and then learning how to visualize and communicate through the use of industry standard high end 3D modelling software, those ideas.
This Exhibition opens up your mind to the future of Automotive and Transport Design. From an autonomous Pod, to an Air racer going through a zero emission luxury Yacht and a Hydrogen powered supercar inspired by the 1960’s.
In spite of the lockdown challenges I and the team would like to congratulate the students for producing such vibrant, bold and innovative work and to wish them all great success with their future endeavours.
